Shipping and Delivery
Our online store is for New Zealand customers only at this stage. Online orders received before 12pm will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days for North Island, and 2-3 for South Island, and an extra 2 days for rural deliveries. We offer free shipping (NZ-wide). 

Your return courier ticket is only valid for 30 days so we ask that you return your e-waste box within four weeks. 

Refunds and Returns
If your delivery is damaged, there are product quality issues or it is undelivered after 10 working days, please contact us on hannah@computerrecycling.co.nz and we will send a replacement order free of charge.

How we use your information.
Your information entered into our contact forms or when you make a purchase on our site will only be used to contact you for questions or updates about your order or query. We will not sell, trade, rent, or give individually identifying information to third parties.

Security
We use an SSL certificate to encrypt and protect data and our payment systems are through trusted secure third parties.
